Hello, I'm Tina!

Studio Two Sixteen was created out of the marriage of two passions of mine; elegant design and luxurious paper. The desire to deliver these with a potent dose of client satisfaction is what drives me!

Here's my story…

My love for graphic design started before I knew there was even such a thing as "graphic design". An internet search for "computer graphics" turned up a description and I was so excited I jumped and yelled to an empty room, "What I want to do has a name! It's an actual career I can study for!!!" At that moment my aim was to get a degree from a university that was serious about design. Almost a year later I was studying and within four years I graduated from my dream school, Savannah College of Art & Design, with Honours.

During my time in college, I had several friends and family members marry. This broke student got creative and decided to design wedding stationery for them as their gift from me. I knew from the first wedding stationery design that this was my calling. And so, once resettled at home in Cayman, Studio Two Sixteen started in a bedroom of my grandmother's house. That house number happens to be 216, by the way, and was always endearingly referred to as Two Sixteen by my aunt and me. And it's out of those humble beginnings that we became the pioneers of bespoke invitations and stationery in the Cayman Islands.

If you're like me, you know that the purpose of invitations and stationery is not just about conveying information about your event. This company was established out of a desire to offer exactly what one wishes for the most memorable events in life. Paper goods and products that will stir hearts and emotions as well as remain a lasting, tangible memory of life's most celebrated and cherished occasions for years to come.
